Professional Experience

Jill L. Bidwell, a principal of Woodworth Core Group based in Atlanta, previously was a a principal of R.M. Woodworth & Associates, and a senior director in CBRE Hotels’ advisory practice until her departure in December 2020. She has 35 years of hospitality industry consulting experience and has conducted studies throughout the continental United States. Her areas of expertise include market/feasibility analyses, impact studies, and appraisals. Clients include private sector developers, owners, and investors; major hotel companies; municipalities; national, regional, and local lending institutions; and life insurance companies/pension funds.

Ms. Bidwell began her consulting career with Laventhol & Horwath, an accounting firm with the nation’s largest hospitality practice at the time. She subsequently joined New York-based Landauer Associates, Inc. and helped develop the firm’s southeastern hospitality consulting practice. In 1993, Ms. Bidwell became an employee of Hospitality Analytics, Inc., a boutique consulting firm which later merged with another company to become Atlantic Hospitality Advisors. She became a partner with Atlantic Hospitality Advisors in 1996. Ms. Bidwell joined PKF Consulting USA in August 2010. PKF Consulting was acquired by CBRE in July 2014.

Ms. Bidwell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business and the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
