Shelly Penney, Research Manager of Woodworth Core Group, is based in Atlanta, GA.  Shelly has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, starting as an Internal Audit Coordinator at JLL in Chicago, and later as a Coordinator for the Retail Group at JLL in Atlanta.   

 

Shelly joined Woodworth Core Group in 2024.  She manages all research efforts for the company and oversees the in-house database.
