Christopher Arcuragi, Associate with Woodworth Core based in Atlanta, Georgia, graduated from Georgia State University in Spring 2023. While still in school, he took on multiple internships across various operations of the hospitality industry. Most notably working with Collier’s hotel brokerage team and Atlanta-based Grant Hotel Group, a management company.

While at Colliers, he supported brokers with analysis, reports, and valuation models to support hospitality real estate deals, as well as wrote BOVs, OMs, and other deliverable materials to clients. At Grant Hotel Group, he overlooked and supported staffing for ten hotels across the country, as well as composed acquisition pitches that were presented to potential investors. Other experience includes operational and management roles within food and beverage, hotels, and private clubs.

Christopher’s true passion for hospitality is evident through his involvement in multiple industry and student organizations including the American Hotel and Lodging Association, Georgia State Commercial Real Estate Group, Georgia State Hospitality Immersion Program, Georgia State European Hospitality Experience, and Atlanta Hospitality Alliance.
